I use my own Emby server that my family watches content on, and each person uses their own Infuse app – without having an Emby Premiere subscription from you.

In that scenario, the Infuse app will not use a Premiere device slot at this time.

Does that mean an Infuse device counts toward the Emby device limit if I have an Emby Premiere subscription, but does not count if I don’t have a subscription?

The device limit only applies to a Premiere subscription.
