Forced Subtitles not downloading

I have a VIP membership to Open Subtitles, and am logged in using Emby. I have files that I would like to download Forced subtitles for, and I have tried every setting I can find to have Emby automatically download files that have Forced subtitle options. I can't get it to work. 

I can download them manually, but when the scheduled job runs, it doesn't download anything.

Any suggestions?

If Subtitles are not automatically downloading

If subtitles are not automatically downloading you should check the options listed above. For example "Require a hash match" requires your media file to exactly match (byte for byte) the source file of the subtitle. This option when activated can greatly reduce your chances of downloading subtitles but will make sure the subtitle is "perfect" for you file.

I toggled Forced Subtitles only and re-ran the job to see if that fixed it, and it didn't.

Maybe it's your skip option.

They don't have embedded subtitles. Would you like me to toggle that and try anyway?
