Unable to install on DL 2100

I tried to install the latest 2100 binary

emby-server-western_digital_dl2100_os5_4.8.11.0_x86_64.bin

on my DL 2100 NAS but get the following error:

App Installation Failed

• Incompatible app package file. Please check the app package and try again.

Is that NAS not supported anymore?

Are you behind a VPN? Maybe the downloads are getting corrupted?

Same result - tried both regular and beta version. - I give up now and stay with Plex. - Was just curious about Emby and how it would compare.

@mberneisHave you confirmed that the DL2100 is running on OS5 ? Can you check the displayed firmware version on the Western Digital dashboard

I don't have a WD DL2100. The OS5 4.9.1.9 beta binary for MyCloudPR4100 installed ok
