Hidden Folder Displayed in Library

I have a folder named .dtrash that is showing up in my library.  I thought folders that were named with "." were supposed to be hidden from the emby library.

Not. 

Place a file named .ignore in the folder you'd like to be excluded

Excluding Files & Folders .

Hmmm.  I recently had a folder which I wished to hide.  When I added a .ignore file, the contents of the folder were hidden, but the tv show folder was still shown, though with no contents.
