Song drag & drop tolerance too low on web UI

It takes a few tries each time to be able to drag the item. I guess a perfect vertical movement is needed to trigger the drag, but it is rarely the case with a trackpad or a mouse, even more when the drop target is a playlist on the side of the window (needing an horizontal movement).

@ryanceyit's not just songs. All of the playlist / drag / drop elements in Emby (especially the web app) have this issues.

Dragging items inside a playlist is basically a 50/50 chance; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I agree though, on desktop the horizontal "swipe" to delete items seems so unnecessary.
