Does anyone use amd HX370 or intel 155H to build emby server?

Last year, my NAS failed and I replaced it with a DS923+.
However, since the CPU in this model doesn’t support hardware decoding, I noticed significantly more stuttering when running Emby Server compared to the DS918+.
In addition, playing videos in a playlist sometimes causes the Emby Server (Google TV version) to crash. (PS: in ds918+ no this problem)

I found a small 5" screen PC on Taobao.
It comes with the same case but offers different CPUs:
one with an AMD HX370, and the other with an Intel 155H.
Does anyone know which CPU supports hardware decoding in an Emby server?
For example, for MKV files with H.264 and H.265 codecs.

You would honestly be better off with the Intel one as Intel quicksync is superior to everything else.

Looks windows 11 docker docker problem?

Test: my HX370 use oCulick to connect gtx3070ti。

If i user windows desktop emby version. how to add the hardwave decode?

my docker cmd is looks.  I't look only support extern GPU,  cpu interrnel gpu not show.
