Howdy. I have been using emby for almost 5 years paying monthly and would like to know how to get emby to do like jellyfin does please, thank you.

I am not one that posts but I did however see jellyfin looking pretty so now i need my emby to look the same. I have 11 emby accounts 10 are lifetime 1 is monthly to support your efforts in making emby great so i try and help where i can. My servers are somewhat bigger than normal but would like eye candy thanks.

There is afaik. no way to make Emby look like that.

It might be possible to make a plugin that adds it to the web client but it will not work in the apps as they are rather locked in how they work with plugins.
Best way to get it made is to make a feature request and have patience.

Im probably just cancel emby with the one server i pay monthly for. if jellyfin out does emby a paid server why pay for something never upgraded. Cheers!

thank you emby team you have been really great over the years, fantastic thanks. Jellyfin seems to have taken over so i will go with the flow and usee jellyfin as my main setup. if you can sell 10 lifetime passwords let me know i will sell them cheap, thank you.

Looks like a janky CSS hack because Jellyfin also doesn't want it as a core feature. Grass is always greener on the other side though. Enjoy the Jellyfin apps

Have you ever seen the R-volution on youtube with the live video in the background looking so great. they have software you can try R_volution | R_video for PC and Mac

i tried the software i like it but not worth $10 a month. emby should do the same hands down but no one ever does anything with emby.

It's also somewhere here in the forum.  

Problem with JF is always the maintenance. It's also here a problem with the plugins.    
You had a guy doing this now, but will he be there to keep it updated for following version of JF and so on?
Maybe, maybe not. This is the problem with those customizations. 
When you are not able to do the js+css-stuff yourself, i wouldn't go down this rabbithole.
You will have to reverse it anyway at a later stage.
