UK - Possible Missing Channels ?

Just in the process of setting up my Live TV again and I while I was mapping the channels I noticed that Sky Mix and Legend Extra aren't available.

Sky Mix is in the guide data on Channel 151 and Legend Extra is 317.

Rather weirdly, Legend Extra+1 IS available on 318.

I've checked my source box and they're viewable on that.

Hopefully you can maybe find them down the back of the couch ?

Thanks for reporting this. I need to know the Emby Guide Data lineup Identifier. You will find it when you go to Manage Server / Settings for Live TV. Example :

I just need the GBR-xxxx-xxx identifier. I am assuming you are using a Sky lineup. 

And one more question: is it a London post code you are entering when setting up Live TV guide source?  For London, I expect the lineup to be "Sky Q" with ID "GBR-1000197-DEFAULT"

@ClemFandango Is this resolved now? I did see the channels you mentioned in the Sky Q lineup for London.  If you are using the same lineup, do a a guide refresh in settings for Live TV and check. There is a 24 hour caching in Emby Server so depending on when the channels were added by Gracenote and when the last guide refresh was started, you may need to wait 24 hours since the last refresh

hey, thanks for the replies.

The source box in question is one of those Linux based satellite receivers with a HD Homerun plugin installed which is set to the 'Favourites' list so that Emby will only pick up those channels.   I had another look this morning and much to my horror, the two channels I mentioned were NOT added to the favourites list.

I did just that, rebooted the box to be sure and re-added it as my source in Emby and it's picked up the channels just fine so I'm the idiot
