No confirmation E-mail from Emby

I'm a brand new user of Emby, and signed up for an account. I was notified that I would get an email to confirm my account registration, but it's been 3 days, and nothing (yes, I checked my spam folder). I can't seem to get in touch with anyone on the Emby site either. 

I seem to be able to sign into my account, but I've not been able to confirm it; will this be an issue in the future?
