Hello.

I have Emby Media Server installed, Version 4.8.11.0

OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.4351

PC: HP OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-1xxx

Physical Memory: 32 GB

CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K

It turns out that once I added my videos, movies, and photos to Emby, when I go to:

"http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/home" I don't see any of the added folders.

In "Control Panel" (http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/dashboard) it tells me: Emby Server is up to date.

It's running on HTTP port 8096.

Home Access (LAN): http://192.168.1.39:8096

Remote Access (WAN): http://<redacted>:8096

In "Library" (http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/librarysetup), the three folders with all the files I added appear.

My folders and files don't appear on either the PC or my LG QNED 4K 86" Series 81 Smart TV. I'm trying to watch my downloaded movies saved on the PC's hard drive.

(I've tried Universal Media Server and Plex, and all my files appear on the TV.)

A video is attached.

Waiting for help.

Best regards.

Antonio.

Hi, did you check the permissions for the emby user that you're signed in with to see what libraries they are granted access to?

Forgive my ignorance. Where can I check the emby user permissions?

Do you mean this? Does it have to be marked?

Hola, ¿verificaste los permisos del usuario emby con el que iniciaste sesión para ver a qué bibliotecas tiene acceso?

Hi, Luke.
In "Users," I went to "Profile" and "Access."
I enabled everything, and now it's working.
Thank you so much.

Hi, @Neminem.
I can't and don't know how to edit the content to remove the remote IP address as you're suggesting.
Thanks.

@Luke

I see that the Public IP address has been removed for privacy reasons.
Thank you so much for doing so.
Can an administrator remove the first video, which also appears from 00:55 until the end, since I can't edit it?
Thank you.
