iPhone No Compatible Streams Are Currently Available on all movies

Hi,

I have an issue on my iPhone (iOS 18.5) and emby for iOS 2.2.40 is not playing movies with the message "No Compatible Streams Are Currently Available ". This applies to any movie I want to play.

The movies are playable on Apple TV as well as on my iPad. (both OS 18.5)

emby (Version 4.8.11.0) is installed on a Synology 716+ii (DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 3). 

I have no idea what to do and would be thankful for any help.

have exactly the same problem but on ipad pro 5.gen ios 18.5 and current Emby IOS version. Server is also up to date (4.8.11.0)

LiveTV via m3u tuner no longer works at all, With VOD movies - included as strm file in emby library - some run, but many do not start with the error message No Compatible Streams Are Currently Available. From the same device with Chrome via web, everything runs without problems. Settings in the Emby app are usually set to automatic.  Embylog attached, each test with IOS app then with Chrome web browser
