Live DVR mostly working, yet not sure why the "recordings" folder is different than content TV=>Recordings

how come my live tv => recordings has so many more content?

Hi, under live TV it contains content based on your recording folder settings.  The library is based on your folders in library setup. Does that help?

But what I don't understand is why the Recordings "Library" i.e. clicking left hand side is so different in content as the Live TV => Recordings.

Aren't they both recordings? Why is the content so different?  What am I missing?

what i dont get is, you can see in live tv => advanced , default recording folder is embyrecordings, right?  so that's correct

then when we go to libraries, for recordings, it has one folder and one folder only and thats the same folder /Volumes/FilesArooni/EmbyRecordings, yet it doesnt have all the stuff that the live tv recordings area has why not?

The library is just a regular emby library. You could add other folders to it if you wanted. The recordings tab under live tv is just a list of your latest recordings.

Have you checked the permissions for your emby user to ensure they are granted access to the library ?
