Seek bar not showing progress

Why don't I see any different color in the progress/seek bar? I don't know how much is played or when pausing I can't see where the end is? Is there a setting I'm missing? This is happening on all my devices, Android phone and tablet, Nvidia Shield, and Windows 11 PC

Hi, for live TV the color is used to show the seekable area. Does this answer your question?

No unfortunately. What color? As you can see in the picture I posted, the bar is the same color on both sides. It's not thicker or highlighted just a white ball. So am I missing a setting? And if so, how to do it.

It is red, but it builds up as you're playing, so it's normal that it would be empty at first.

It never changes for me. I just get that white ball that moves, no red line at all on any of my devices. That picture I provided was playing for 10 min, then I paused it for 10 min. And you see there's nothing. That's why I posted here.

Right after some digging I found a post here

That fixed it on the Android devices. If I use the website through a browser it works fine. But the Windows App is where the problem is. So maybe you can forward it to your engineers.
