Unable to Sync/Download certain titles

I have this exact same issue on an android tablet. Only for certain titles. Funnily enough I'm also trying to download pirates of the Caribbean (2003). And it just sits on ready to transfer, but never downloads

Sometimes I find clearing the app storage will let me download again. Long press on the app then tap app info. Next go to storage and then clear storage.

This WILL delete everything you have downloaded and it will not automatically re-download. So if you had a bunch of music you will have to redownload. Maybe upload the logs first.
