No full screen image on background

Like the title says, in overview I have smaller images in the background than before. Image resolution is 4k im Meta Data.

Hi, that is actually a design change to take inspiration from how netflix does it.

But it's supposed to have a nice fade though, not end so sharply. We'll look at that.

Hi @Luke, it happens on my Samsung TV too and it doesn't look good. It was better before, when backdrop was in full screen. But if it blends very well, then perhaps it may look better.

I installed latest Emby for Samsung 2.1.4. It's OK now. But It's not a new design.

Right devices with older rendering engines are just going to use the older design.

Sorry to tag onto the end of this but I've noticed something on my LG C1 somewhat related. Using the dark theme, the fade on the background was not as smooth as other themes. I changed to black which looks much better however the menus on the black theme plays up, see attached image. Using latest Emby LG app.
