[bug?] Removing/adding a directory to an existing library results in SQL errors or 'invalid path'

Take movies library, try to add a valid directory:

 

see the error: "There was an error adding the media path. Please ensure the path is valid and the Emby Server process has access to that location."

remove a path, see: "Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown."

Apparently it doesn't matter what the errors say because refreshing and visiting the list of folders shows that they've been updated regardless of the claims of the error.  Weird.  Attaching the log.

Hi, apologies for the disruption in advance, but I think you may need a fresh start with a new library database. This is a defect caused by older versions of the server combined with the usage of overlapping folders across libraries. What I mean by that is using the same folder in more than one library.
