Anyway to sync the options from one android device => another?

I could be watching on one of many android devices.  It'd be extra nice if there was a way to sync all my settings from one device to another.  

Server settings seem set up this way (modify once, effective everywhere) but individual apps not.

HI, many settings are saved in the user profile on the server and therefore do carry across devices.

The only ones that don't are the ones that you might want to be different depending on device, location, screen size, etc. Does that answer your question?
