Duplicate page return movement request

i would like to see as feature that isn't bad to develop, i would like to see where when you're on the bottom of the page or half way there is an up arrow that shows up on the right side of the page where you click it and you're brought back to the top of the page you're on immediately. nothing fancy just convenience is all..
