Problema Emmy TV LG

Good! I'm going to try to put all the details of the problem.

 

I have an AS6704TGen2 asustor with emby premiere installed. In my house, with an LG C1, I have no problem. I have 1gb of speed.

 

I share my library with a friend of mine. My friend has an LG Nanocell 2024.

 

The other day I wanted to watch this movie but when it hits play, the emby app closes suddenly, and the television says that it comes out due to lack of memory. I add the screenshot movies of those that make me unable to watch the movies. In my nas I want to do Directplay, and I configured the user to the maximum everything. I also add a screenshot.

 

I'm already desperate to know the origin of the reason why it doesn't work. In case you can help me.

In my house I have my NAS asustor, with the Emby docker installed. I have an LG C1, I don't have any problem. Sometimes with the movies that I'm very heavy of many gigs maybe it hangs up for a few seconds but then it looks perfectly.

 

I have 2 friends, with two LG TVs, and none of them can watch the movies I watch. I don't understand why and I'm already desperate. I try not to transcode and play directly, I in the iPhone control panel I see that my friend is playing directly, but she tells me that it does not work, that it does not load. On the other hand, my other friend, if he can watch the movie but at the moment when the pause, or wants to go to a point forward or back of the movie, he can no longer continue watching it.
