How can i delete my topics or my attachments on this site

i want to delete my topics and attachments but i don't see any option for that
the topic was useless nobody offered any solution

You can't delete any topic (and/or posts), you can only edit them within the timeframe for your Member group (for Rookie member group: 15minutes upon posting).

 

Attachments you can delete by clicking your avatar/display name top-right and selecting My Attachments from the dropdown or any Admin/Mod can do it in your stead.

LAN IP? What for? That info all by itself is pretty much useless/harmless.
