Lots of input bleed between users and apps

Hello,

I have 3 users on my server, and I'm noticing something really odd. For example, one of the user is a google TV streamer, while I'm on my Xbox App. If user A is doing stuff on his UI (for example backing out of a menu) - That will often cause my stream to stop, go backward etc. If I'm on a menu, it may cause my own UI to also back out.

There's lot's of weird input bleeds like this between the users and I have no idea what that is. I tried turning off remote Control across the board and DLNA, but no changes.
I'm a new user  - and Emby is amazing, but that is pretty annoying. Any help is appreciated!
