random blackout happens now

So out of nowhere whenever i watch any show/movie my screen goes black and my audio cuts out for a second every 25-27 seconds, idk if it's a server bug or what, but its very  annoying, might anyone know what that is?

Ruh roh, that's a pickle, I don't have access to the logs I think, I am using it through an old friend, I use it via Web Browser too >.< Do i need special permissions to see logs?

well i thought it was fixed...heres a video of what happens, because i dont have access to the admin stuff. iot doesnt show it on recording, but towards the end did you see that pause at 59 seconds? my screen goes black for that pause 

So sorry, i thought it was fixed, but i went to watch a movie tonight, and the same thing happens
