AppleTV, a pair of homepod and audio issues

Hi to all, I'm new here, I'm from Italy and sorry for my english!

I'm an ex Plex user from today and I suffer a similar problem I've had month ago... With a 2nd gen Apple TV 18.5 and a couple of homepod using the MVP player or the "auto" mode I run in some issue: when I hit pause during playback the image stops but the audio continue for a second. When I resume I've got a second of silence... Tried the native player but the black screen when I hit play doesn't like me! With plex sometime I've solved with a restart or reselect of the homepod but now nothig seem to work... Any suggestion?

Wasn't sure if any update has been provided. I am on Emby 4.10.0.01 beta and AppleTV app 2.0.3 (2) and can confirm this is still present. Not a major issue. Just a minor nuisance.
