Metadata Refresh deleted custom genres

I have a number of custom genres I use to help organise my server. I had a number of them where I'd used different terms for the same thing, or alternated between British and American spellings, and I set Genre Cleaner up to merge them. Unlocked the genres on the films in question, and ran a Metadata Refresh...and now all my custom genres are gone. So it's redownloading everything from the internet and wiping the NFO? Is there no way to use Genre Cleaner with custom genres, or just tell Emby to re-import only from the NFO file?

There's also no way to halt a Metadata Refresh once it's started, so although I spotted this while it was in progress my options for resolving it were limited. I killed the server, hopefully that'll be enough.

A complete scenerio will be needed to test your issue.

Only tested in 4.9.1.3

But from metadata genres is appears to work.

But will guess from a complete custom standpoint the refresh is clearing said custom info.

Sounds like expected behavior. But I guess you had to unlock in order for genre cleaner to do it's job, so I can see how this would have happened.
