Genre Cleaner save button location

I have hundreds of genres. It gets quite tiresome adding one with the button at the top of the page then having to scroll all the way down to the bottom to save the changes. Any reason there isn't a save button at the top?

The screen where you can add genres to Genre Cleaner's list of allowable genres.

It probably needs some design change, yes.
