10bit videos stuttering HEVC265

Hi

I have an issue with 10 bit encoded videos freezing every 30 seconds or so. The movie plays for a while sometimes several minutes and then starts pausing and resuming every 30 sec or so.

I have tried various things, checked info regarding setup here and hardware accel, nothing helps.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this?

All permisions and codecs are installed. There is plenty of CPU and RAM and GPU power available.

264 encodes play ok always, it's only 10 bit versions that do this.
