Blank Screen

I just got a new Amazon Fire TV 4k stick. I've got a few 4K videos that wont play (and some do). The ones that wont play i just get a black screen, but i can hear the audio. I also dont have any UI elements show up (pausing, chapters, etc...) The server says it's all direct, so no transcoding (also didnt see anything in the logs for that).
