tone mapping HW accelaration fails when transcoding

Hi,

I searched in the forum and though i saw some errors with the tone mapping i think none of them related to this.

I have the latest stable release of emby (4.8.11) in the docker version on an intel J4125 linux platform, and when playing a 4K HDR file(H.265) to some devices which does not support the resolution, the playback fails with an error about the tone mapping. Checking the files the error seems to be related to an error in the acceleration HW module, but instead of defaulting to SW (which would be still an error) the stream is failing.

My expectation here would be that if the HW is capable to manage everything in HW then it should be done in HW for max performance, but if it is not possible, defaulting to SW with some buffering (just in case a true real time is not possible) should be plan B option
