Scan Library Files Deleted all my videos

So now I am ticked off.  I setup my emby server and I had it scan library files and it deleted the entire library.  I can't figure out how to get it back and it looks like its gone from my synology.  

 

Has anyone had that before.  over 1000 videos gone and this was my back up.  What the heck?
