I made a payment for an Emby Premiere subscription, but I completed the transaction before creating or signing into my Emby account. Now, I’ve created my account and would like to request that you link the payment to it.

I made a payment for an Emby Premiere subscription through Apple Pay before creating or signing into an Emby account. As a result, I believe the payment is not currently linked to any account.

 

I have now created my Emby account and would like to request that the payment be linked to it.

 

Here are the payment details:

 

• Payment Method: Apple Pay (Visa card ending in 0060)
• Amount Paid: USD $4.99 (SAR 48.37)
• Merchant: EMBY PREM
• Country: USA
• Transaction Date: June 25, 2024

Simply follow the instructions  @GrimReaper gave you and send an email to billingsupport@emby.media and then do what they tell you. Billing issues are NOT handled through the support forums.

Emby is a small company. Give them a little time. Continuing to post here will get you little or nothing. Patience is everything when dealing with small online companies.

Hi.  Your key goes in your server configuration as explained in the document you received.

Are you using your own server that you installed or connecting to someone else's?
