remote issue

First, I apologize if i posted this in the incorrect arena.

I have read through the "perks"of purchasing a premier subscription... however, my issue is not listed as solved by this... 

I wanted to access my server from a remote location (i travel a great deal an would like to be able to access my media).

access IS available via my cell phone and my tablet, but not my laptop.

I can access anything in my media folders with any of my devices, but not my laptop... i just figured this was weird..

there are no issues opening the emby theatre app nor seeing the menu of what is on my server.. using my admin account, i can access the server and change, update, add or remove users, folders, etc. just not play (watch or listen) to anything...

 

 

my laptop:

Windows 10 pro

emby theatre 3 0 20

nevermind

i found it IN the premier listings...

using emby theatre, you get one minute for free (THE FAQ for premier does NOT specify if this is local, remote, or both)

then you have to use premier.

Or you can use a browser on the laptop, which doesn't require Premiere.
