Chapter names with multiple languages

I recently added an MKV that has alternate chapter names in Japanese and English. Despite my setup being English, Emby displays the Japanese names for the chapters. I realize this doesn't come up a whole lot, but can it be made that it defaults to the system language when choosing?

Emby does not support MKV chapter language - whatever is 'first' in the list will be used during the original MKV import.

We should import the one based on the library language settings, but I think last I looked at this, ffprobe only produces one title rather than all of them. So it needs to report them all and then Emby can cycle through them and pick the most appropriate one.
