UI unresponsive and no subtitles for some files on Apple TV

With some files (all very large files), the player on my Apple TV behaves weirdly. It reads the video apparently normally, but does not show subtitles at all. Moreover, the UI becomes unresponsive, for example I can't go forward or back ward in time, and if I press "menu" and "play" again, it stays stuck on the loop-wait icon. Attached, the logs . The same files work seemlessly on other devices (Android and iOS apps, as well as with the web client). I haven't been able to narrow down further the cause of the problem.

Hi, this could be your issue:

Thanks for the answer!

Same result with transcoding activated. (I deactivated it because I thought maybe my NAS was not powerful enough to handle it, and that if it were a format issue the video would not play at all)

HI, have you updated to Emby for Apple TV 2.0.1? Has that helped?
