Mark Unwatched without marking in Trakt

So I have a TV show I want to rewatch. In Trakt, the show is fully watched. In Emby for some strange reason, Season 1 is watched, but Seasons 2-5 show unwatched. When I start to rewatch, I want it to properly show in Up Next. So after watching S01E01, I want it to put S01E02 up next. That said, I do like having my watch history in Trakt, so I don't want to undo that. 

Is there a way to mark that season unwatched in Emby without doing so in Trakt? Thanks.
