New Emby User

I cannot figure out how to connect to my servers on my Roku devices. I have two of them. I was able to connect to my server on my computer, my phone and my laptop, but not my TV's. It's automatically finding my server, but every time I try manual login, it says my credentials are incorrect. I've tried the Emby Connect as well, but when I connect, it shows my server twice, then when I click on the one added by the Emby connect, click on my username, it just redirects back to the server select screen.

I'm so sorry, I don't know how to access the server log?
