Getting kicked out of emby

Remote user getting kicked out of emby on firestick after about hrs everytime is there a setting to stop this in emby.cant get back in once kicked out.

HI there, what exactly do you mean by "getting kicked out" ?

On firestick the app stops goes back to firestick home screen and you can't get back in to emby.done it a few times now.

What version number do you have installed?

That is, if I change sign out from Emby Connect (even if I did not connect to it in the first place) Emby client stops and trows me to the Shield home screen.

Hi.  Can you explain that a bit more?  What are you doing?

Watching my music vids in my bar on same network also if my brother in law is watching my music videos at his on his network watching remotely both of us watching on firesticks.

Odd videos cut sound off before end of song but video carrys on but play ok when using plex.Butmain problem is the app stops and goes back to firestick home screen but when you go back to emby app straight away it won't launch app.has happened everytime we have it on but after around 6 or more hours of continuous  play.hope this helps

Exactly what happens in this case?

Have you tried double-clicking the home button on your remote?  What shows when you do?

Will try that next time I'm on it and this happens.i take it you mean home button on firestick remote
