Is there a way to sync up audio

I have one movie that the audio is so far out that it's unwatchable. Is there a away to sync the audio and the video? 

I am happy to include logs if you think it'll help.

A, try updating your audio drivers.  That has fixed other out of sync audio issues on Linux for some people.
