OpenLibrary Work Id

I really like the update on managing books- I just wish I could get it to work!

I've been testing a few books in my library to see if I could get metadata to pull, but they all fail.

I downloaded the OpenLibrary plugin, I've restarted my server, and do indeed see the Identify by OpenLibrary Work ID field, but I never get a match to pull. I've been using various ID's- the Work ID, the Edition ID, and both ISBN 10 and 13. I even tried just looking it up by the name and date, but it's still a bust.

Has anyone had the same issue or can show me what it looks like to properly use it? Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

I've had the same issue.  The resolution I've come up with is to look up the book on OpenLibrary, copy the name as it appears, paste that into the identify name and search.  That usually finds it, but not always.
