PHPpro 3 Posted June 12, 2025 Posted June 12, 2025 (edited) I just bought the bluray boxset for Star Trek: The Next Generation. I ripped them all and in the names included all the seasons and episodes. In this box set for season 1 it combined episode 1 and 2 into a single episode. I named that episode `The Next Generation - S01E01 - Encounter at Farpoint.mp4`. The second episode I named `The Next Generation - S01E02 - The Naked Now.mp4` and so on. However when emby added this series to the database it labeled episode 1 as `S1:E1 - Encounter at Farpoint (1)` and episode 2 as `S1:E2 - Encounter at Farpoint (2)`. This causes all the episodes to be off by one. I tried to re identify the show from the imdb entry because its episodes match mine (the 2nd episode is The Naked Now). Howeve r, it goes back to marking the 2nd episode as `Encounter at Farpoint (2)`, the second episode description is also in another language that does not match any of the other episodes. How can I fix this? Do I need to create a fake episode 2 or is there something else I can do? Edited June 12, 2025 by PHPpro adding additional screenshots
