Samsung s20 ultra - Playback error when downloading.

"there was an error processing the request. Please try again later"

Every time I'm trying to download an episode or movie and then watch it offline I get this error. 
I tried external and internal storage. 

I tried different transcoding (avi) and also different quality (ie. tried 4mbps)
