Can't activate Emby Premiere

I have installed Emby on a TrueNAS scale server

i purchased a premiere key and i keep getting the error Emby Premiere key is missing or invalid. 

the log says there is a HttpException: Name or service not known (mb3admin.com:443)

i have a dynamic domain and can access Emby from my cell phone using it.

I can ping mb3admin.com from the server shell.

Can someone please offer some insight.

Only guess would be something with ipv6 as when I ping, I get ipv4 address.  Possibly dns issue per other topics.

But along the same line if you refreshed metadata on any item do you get the same error for TVDB/TMDB and/or any other metadata provider as there are lot of topics with this error.

i disabled the ipv6 and i can still ping mb3admin.com ....but the activation problem persists.

this is a new install and i copied all the TV content over to the NAS and the metadata is updating seems like on all of them so far.

so the only issue i'm having is the premiere key

so i changed the Truenas ssl port to 444 and Emby was able to activate.
