Emby Premier email not found but I Ive been running emby premier for a year and i have the reciept in my bank

i have been using premier for a year. I have the bank statement showing payment. i had to reboot to factory install and now i cant recover the key with my email

Hi, please try using the lost key function on the Emby Premiere page in the server dashboard.

If there's still an issue after that, then please email billingsupport@emby.media
