I can't seem to get subtitles to download for certain files. I have attached my library settings, as well as audio info from a sample file that is having issues. How can I troubleshoot this further?

HI there, can you please provide a specific example?

How to Report a Problem

Thanks !

Also have you taken a look at the troubleshooting steps here:

Automatic Subtitle Downloads

I definitely can. What would you need me to do to troubleshoot effectively? Play a file that doesn't download subtitles? Manually run the automated job and provide a log file? It would be great if you could give me a little bit of guidance

Hi, I would start with the troubleshooting steps mentioned at the bottom of Automatic Subtitle Downloads

If there's still an issue after that, then please provide a specific example of that by following

Thanks !

@user84it looks like you hit the open subtitles rate limit. Do you have Open Subtitles VIP?

I don't have VIP. What are my options?

Without VIP you can only download a few per day. You're aware of that, right?

I wasn't before but I am now. Is there a way for me to target the downloads so that I can get the subtitles for things I want before others?

@user84one option is to do those manually:

Manual Subtitle Downloads

You may also want to set the age limit option so that the server won't keep searching over and over for subtitles for your older content. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
