user84 46 Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 I can't seem to get subtitles to download for certain files. I have attached my library settings, as well as audio info from a sample file that is having issues. How can I troubleshoot this further?
Luke 42078 Posted June 8, 2025 Posted June 8, 2025 HI there, can you please provide a specific example? How to Report a Problem Thanks ! Also have you taken a look at the troubleshooting steps here: Automatic Subtitle Downloads

Play a file that doesn't download subtitles? Manually run the automated job and provide a log file? It would be great if you could give me a little bit of guidance

It would be great if you could give me a little bit of guidance Hi, I would start with the troubleshooting steps mentioned at the bottom of Automatic Subtitle Downloads If there's still an issue after that, then please provide a specific example of that by following How to Report a Problem Thanks !
user84 46 Posted June 26, 2025 Author Posted June 26, 2025 (edited) Hi Luke - See attached logfile. embyserver(3).txt Edited June 26, 2025 by user84
Luke 42078 Posted June 26, 2025 Posted June 26, 2025 @user84it looks like you hit the open subtitles rate limit. Do you have Open Subtitles VIP?
Luke 42078 Posted June 28, 2025 Posted June 28, 2025 Without VIP you can only download a few per day. You're aware of that, right?
user84 46 Posted June 28, 2025 Author Posted June 28, 2025 (edited) I wasn't before but I am now. Is there a way for me to target the downloads so that I can get the subtitles for things I want before others? Edited June 28, 2025 by user84

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
