I get invalid credentials if I use my Emby connect email or my username, yet I can log into Emby with either in a new tab. I've even tried my wife's account. I can also access Emby in a browser or on my phone outside my home. I've also tried using my public IP & port with no luck. I checked Emby logs and I don't see anything but I'm pretty sure it's is because the app never connects successfully. The support at Soundiiz doesn't seem to know how to support their own product, they sent me this for troubleshooting: https://dev.emby.media/doc/restapi/Emby-Connect.html If I was a dev, it might be different. Can you folks think of anything I could try? Thanks!
Luke 42077 Posted June 13, 2025 Posted June 13, 2025 Hi, I'm assuming the login error is coming from our emby connect server when you try and sign in with that username and password. That's why you don't see the activity in your server log. Does Soundiiz have any logging that could help and see what's going on?
