Filter Results Bad In Mixed Library

Tried on my 1 Mixed Library and got unexpected results. Have only tried it on the Year Filter.

If I Filter on a Decade (1920, 21-29) I get the correct results.
If I Filter on just 1920 (or any other single year) nothing happens.
If I clear all filters and choose 1920 and 1921 I get only 1920.
If I go back and add 1922 to the filter I get 1920 and 1921. It's like the last click is never registered.
If I add all the 1920s I get the correct results.

I used the 20s as an example. I get the same bad results if it's 1960s or 2000s. 
I tried to replicate on a Movie Library and the single year works fine.
In the screen cap you can see the year is chosen but the Filter is not showing active.

I found a workaround. If I Edit Metadata on one of the items in the list and Save, when the screen refreshes it shows the correct Filter.

So I had to restart the server to install updates and now it seems to be working ok.
