Downloads keep deleting after they finish

Hello, I have this issue where when a user starts a download on their Android device (which i verified has more than enough free space) will finish a download from my Emby Server then if they start another download it will delete the previous download that they already finished. Almost like there is a limit set somewhere that is not allowing more than 1 or 2 downloads on this users device at a time. I did a little digging and found that there should be a LIMIT setting in my administrator console that I can set per user device downloads but I am not seeing that option anywhere. I am on emby version 4.8.11.0. If there is any other information i missed or is needed to help assess this further please let me know

Not aware of such setting existing (nor that it ever did) - can you share a link to the thread you've read that information?

@GrimReaperSure here is the website "https://emby.media/support/articles/Sync.html" on embys support article and if you scroll down you can see one of the pictures has a box that says ITEM LIMIT. I also posted a picture here for reference

Yeah, that's an in-app feature, not server-side setting, as below usually refers to.

Either way, I'd guess that's a legacy screenshot, Dev would have to comment. @Luke

Hi.  That is an item limit for that particular download job (which is for something like a TV series).

I think we did identify something similar to this internally recently, so the good news is that as app updates come out, you should start to see improvement.
