Emby 4.8.10.0 - multiple movie versions not properly managed

I have a folder with the following structure

For this movie in Emby are displayed 2 versions as expected

 

PROBLEMS:

1) When I select the [1080p] version and try to change the metadata, I can only change the metadata of [3D] version, even if in the folder there are 2 specific ".nfo" file for each version (as should be)

2) The thumbnails of chapters are taken from the [3D] version and it is missing an option to select the source of the chapters when there are more versions of the same film in the folder. In this case I'd like to select as source the [1080p] version, but it is missing an option for doing that.
