Feature Request - Custom scene play

I've wanted something like this for a long time and no product seems to offer it. 

The ability to take a piece of media and make my own custom timeline, cutting out certain scenes or moments that I might not want to play.  Ghostbusters is a prime example.  My kids LOVE that movie but they won't watch the part in the library where the ghost screams so every time we end up skipping over it.  Having the ability to just perma skip that scene when we watch would be amazing.  It's a very common thing when watching 80s movies with young viewers because some of the things just are a product of the time, such as random nude scenes in action films, hyper violence in the middle of a buddy cop movie etc.  Goonies has a whole section with the corpse that I never knew existed because I watched it on UK TV that cut it out every time it was shown.

A feature like that would allow me to curate my library and make it much more personal to me and my family.  I know I could do this with video editing tools, recompiling etc but that is a huge timesink and it would be amazing if Emby had that feature.
