richt 94 Posted May 26, 2025 Posted May 26, 2025 What URL are you using to access Emby server? The shortcut provided by the TNAS software https://IP ADDRESS:5443/emby doesn't really work. Make sure you are using http://IP ADDRESS:8096.
servit00 2 Posted May 26, 2025 Author Posted May 26, 2025 thank you but if i try delete, even in new address, it says access denied, can you help me?

Neminem 1516 Posted May 26, 2025 Posted May 26, 2025 Server logs would show permissions issues. But most likely permissions are wrong, and there for you can't delete.

Luke 42077 Posted May 26, 2025 Posted May 26, 2025 @servit00the server is being denied access to delete the file. What would you like Emby to do about that? I think you need to resolve whatever the permissions problem is and then you should be able to delete.
