Question about device limits

This should be in its own thread as it has nothing to do with the topic originally posted. However the message presented pretty much tells you the problem as it says you have exceeded you Premier device limit.

I have one device, how can there be an exception because of one device?

But what does it say on your server's device page?
I am just a user but the actual knowledgeable people will be along to correct anything I say that is in error or wrong. However it will be a lot easier if you attach your server log from when the message popped up. Without the log most answers will be guesses.

Maybe message there should be rephrased to read "Server's Emby Premiere device limit..." instead of "Your Emby Premiere device limit..." as latter statement is actually incorrect in scenario where a user is connecting to someone else's server.
